The importance of training
4m Group regularly organises training courses. The 4m Academy is the body responsible for training all new employees of 4m Group.
Training always starts with the theory which is followed by practical applications.
Training sessions are organised several times a year for training new applicators.
Refresher courses are planned during the year to enhance technical skills and learn new systems.
Over time the academy has opened up to architects and specifiers so that they too can learn useful information about 4m Group's resin flooring.
