The Coca-Cola group bought the Chaudfontaine production plant.
The production lines underwent major renovation and 4m Group was chosen at the time to take care of the flooring. This marked the beginning of a collaboration based on trust and proximity.
4m Group was then put in charge of all floor maintenance on the site as well as the safety markings (epoxy Flowseal EPW, Flowcoat SF 41), a growing concern of Coca-Cola.
The Auchan shopping centre in Luxembourg is the largest and busiest in the country. The building also houses offices of the European Commission. The car park is used daily by 35,000 vehicles on 4 underground levels.

The Valdor hospital – housing care units, geriatrics and (neurological and locomotor) rehabilitation, a residential palliative care unit, specialised consultations and a day hospital – is a historic building which has long been left to deteriorate.
In association with Franki, 4m Engineering took part in the renovation of two bridges at the Ensival Viaduct on the E42 Liege-Verviers motorway. The task of the 4m Engineering teams was to repair the concrete, to replace the expansion joints and to reseal them.
